Indian book markets now hold 261 billion rpm and are expected to reach Rs 739 billion by 2020, according to a survey. This is the sixth largest book market in the world. We hope you'll love the books.

From a modest start in the 20th century, after Independence, India released 21,600 new English titles in 2010.

With so many books releasing and Indian literature expanding by leaps and bounds, it can be a challenging task to find the best Indian novels amongst the lot.

This list in "Best Indian Books" of all categories and genres was compiled to make it easier.

1. One arranged Murder by Chetan Bhagat

It is obvious, by name, that this is a suspenseful assassination mystery until the last one. You won't get bore until the end of the book. The book is followed by two friends who work and also have a detective. Prerna, a business named Eato is an Entrepreneur. Saurabh is married to Prerna. They seem very loving though it's an arrangement marriage. On the terrace, Prerna decided to get to know Saurabh. Prerna stayed in a large Delhi house and several suspects are present. This is a wonderful bhagat story, one of India's most popular books. It is a very beautiful story. The few novels of Chetan Bhagat were also adapted to films.

2. A Suitable Boy by Vikram Seth

A Suitable Boy is a novel which follows the efforts of Ms. Rupa Mehra, four families over 18 months, in organizing their younger daughter's marriage. To the right kid, Lata. Lata. She has to make choices between her followers Kaboir, Haresh, and Amit when Lata who is a 19-year-old college student. The novel provides a series of more questions of significance for characters: status of lower caste citizens, the zamindari Structure, family ties.

The novel is divided into 19 sections, each with a subplot centered. A six-part series, led by Mira Nair, with Ischaan Khatter, Tabu, Tanya Maniktala, and Rasika Dugal, was also added to the novel 'A suitable boy.'

It is seen on BBC One on 26 July 2020 in the United Kingdom. Vikram Seth wrote a number of poetry books and novels. He has also won many awards such as Padma Shri, WH Smith Literary Award, Sahitya Academy Award, and so on.

3. India After Gandhi by Ramachandra Guha

India After Gandhi is a key reading only because our school has never stubbornly taught us India's history. A non-fiction book is the history of the biggest democracy in the world. After its independence from the British in 1947, the book covers Indian history. All details are perfectly balanced in this book. It is very difficult to keep balance in any geographical region of the world if you are writing a book about a country's past.

We suggest that those who are interested in our country's political past should certainly read this once after Gandhi. The book covers the events after India's independence is well-researched and consolidated. Ramachandra Guha is also a Hindustan Times columnist, The Telegraph and Amar Ujala's Hindi journal.

4. The god of small things by Arundhati Roy

The god of little stuff is Arundhati Roy's first book. It's a tale about the experiences of children of twins whose lives are shattered by the laws of love. How little things affect the actions and life of people. The book reflects casteism, a major discrimination, especially in India. A dreamlike style is saturated with sensual prose. They've discovered that the entire world can change in a single day, the story of this twin Rahel and her brother Estha. The best known for her novels is Suzanna Arundhati Roy. In 1977, the god of little stuff won the Man Fiction Book Award and became the best-selling book. She is also interested in environmental and human rights issues.

5. Shalimar the Clown by Salman Rushdie

The clown's Shalimar is Salman Rushdie's book. The novel was released on 6 September 2005 and took Rushdie four years to compose. The clown of Shalimar comes from the Srinagar Shalimar Garden. The name of one of the characters in a novel is also Shalimar. The novel is partly based in a small city in the Kashmir region. Shalimar was once full of friendship, passion, and laughter, the city itself is imaginar. He lived in Pachigam in the fictitious Kashmir village. Shalimar loved Boonyi profoundly, and couldn't carry her betrayal. The story depicts Kashmir's paradise and the break-up of the policies of the subcontinent.

Rushdie's an Indian writer from Britain. Most of his fiction is on the subcontinent of India.

6. Shiksha by Manish Sisodia

Shiksha: My Experiment as Minister of Education; Deputy CEO Manish Sisodia of Delhi spoke of the adventurous tale of building the vision for 'Education for All' in Delhi. He shared few experiments in Delhi's educational system in this book and how little effort is gradually making Delhi's educational model an ideal model to other Indian countries. He decided to upgrade government schools in Delhi in such a way that parents choose government schools over private schools to send their children. Few decisions to strengthen the structure have been made to date. Allocation of 25% of the annual education budget.

Leaders have provided the norm more power and resources. Property managers were appointed for each school in conjunction with the principal to supervise cleanliness and repairs. Training teachers and directors at national and foreign institutes to improve their professional approach to the international education system and recognize it. 7. The Immortals of Meluha by Amish Tripathi

It is Amish's first novel, and the story begins with the arrival of Shiva, in the land of Meluha. Amish's books in the Indian subcontinent have since 2010 sold over 5.5 million copies. He is one of the best-selling Indian novels. In 2019, he became one of Indian Today's 50 most influential Indians.
